The Balloon textile takes centre stage at Flokk
The Balloon textile launched at Flokk. A joyful launch as part of Skøyen Design Festival, bringing my Balloon textile to life and sharing the stories behind my patterns with a design TALK in The Showroom of Flokk.
Tradition Meets the Present – A Patchwork of Memories
Launch of the new Patchwork textile in LK Hjelle’s in showroom, upholstered on their Less Sofa. The upholstery fabric is a continuation of the Patchwork throw, launched by Plesner Patterns last year. A contemporary interpretation of the classic patchwork quilt, a tribute to craftsmanship, time, and care. Its large-scale checks give the fabric a distinctly modern expression, while remaining deeply connected to traditional craft and heritage.

Kiki’s heritage inspired wool blanket honoured with Red Dot Award
The Norwegian Heritage rug from Plesner Patterns has been awarded the internationally prestigious Red Dot Award 2024, which is presented in Germany in June. The wool carpet, designed by Kiki Plesner-Löfroth, honors Norwegian cultural heritage and the lush colors and shapes we used to surround ourselves with in the past.
