I’m Kiki Plesner-Löfroth, the founder of Plesner Patterns.

With over 15 years of experience in graphic design and visual identity creation for both personal and corporate clients, I launched Plesner Patterns in 2019 to bring my passion for unique surface patterns to life. My designs are inspired by the simplicity of everyday moments and the beauty of nature, offering a touch of serenity and nostalgia. The Heritage throw I have designed just got honoured with the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2024. This design is a homage to the Norwegian cultural heritage, the lush colours and shapes we used to surround ourselves with in the past.

Each pattern I create is meticulously crafted using manual techniques such as ink, moss, and playdough before being digitized. This hands-on approach infuses each design with a unique aesthetic that carries a sense of time and soul, creating a deeper, more meaningful experience.

At Plesner Patterns, I work closely with clients to develop custom-designed patterns that reflect their vision and specific needs.

My designs are particularly suitable for interiors in corporate and hospitality settings, such as offices, canteens, and retail spaces, providing a sophisticated extension of your visual identity and enhancing your brand's impact. I work closely with Norwegian weaving mills, Innvik and Grinaakervev, for production.

The patterns I design can be printed on a variety of fabric qualities, with some available as woven designs. Colors and sizes are customizable to fit your specific requirements.
