Pattern collection launched as part of Oslo Design fairs Trend Exhibition

Let your mind travel when you are stuck at home – The new pattern collection Mindtravel serves as a gateway.

The collection of patterns, Mindtravel, invites the viewer to let their thoughts fly and travel into a different state of mind, especially needed in these Covid times.

The new designs are launched as part of Oslo Design Fairs Tendens exhibition, the patterns where made to emphasize the theme of the exhibition – impossible/possible, room within rooms, layer upon layer. It has been so exciting working close with the curator Kirsten Visdal to make the colour palette of the patterns harmonize with the interiors and Siquelands wall art.

The inspiration for these three patterns derives out of these pockets of time you suddenly find yourself drawn into. Three different patterns inviting you to enter three different worlds:

Walking on eggshells

…makes you completely present, it is not possible to think of anything else. Alert and playful at the same time.

A hot summer day

…huge clusters of glasslike jellyfish appearing like meadows in the ocean. The children even swim through the smooth, shiny, transparent cluster.

…mountains, soft moss absorbs the sounds. At my feet a tiny landscape revealed itself in the moss.

Custom adjustment to fit your project

All of the patterns can easily be adjusted in colour to fit a specific interior. And then printed on a suitable fabric, either for thin curtains, upholstery, headboards, pillows, or even wallpaper.
